The MobilityPlus+ Ultra-Light Auto-Fold Electric Wheelchair is one of the lightest electric wheelchair models in the world, folding and unfolding effortlessly with our all new electric auto-folding technology.

The Auto-Fold wheelchair is inspired by the best-selling MobilityPlus+ Ultra-Light Instant Folding electric wheelchair, with upgraded technology and an all-black design that makes this wheelchair one of the sleekest powerchairs of its kind. At the touch of a button, the wheelchair will fold or unfold by itself in seconds - perfect for those with limited dexterity (conditions such as Arthritis, Parkinson's Disease, Stokes).

The wheelchair will fold downwards into a compact package, similar to the folding mechanism found in children's pushchairs. This, combined with the light weight, makes it ideal for transporting in cars, airplanes and other forms of transport.

The chair is controlled with an easy-to-use joystick that can be placed on either the left or right hand side depending on the user's preference. It is designed with a 12.5" rear-wheel drive system with two 250W motors to overcome tough terrains such as hills and ramps. Shock absorbing front, rear and side suspension ensures a smooth ride throughout.

Another clever addition to this chair is a remote joystick controller that can control 360° movement of the chair, increase or decrease the speed of the chair and even fold and unfold the chair from up to 30 metres away. This is extremely helpful for attendant control.

The Auto-Fold electric wheelchair can reach maximum speeds of 4mph and travel up to 13 miles on a fully charged battery. The wheelchair is perfect for domestic and outdoor use such as supermarkets, shopping centres and parks.

For additional user safety we've fitted electromagnetic brakes, rear anti-tip castor wheels and an adjustable seat-belt.
